About Raver J

So what's the dilly-yo on this "Raver J" you ask?

Raver J is the latest project from ICON BLONDE, an entertainment company defending the brains of blondes everywhere.  Raver J is a comic for the new millennium and is destined to be a future cult classic.

This hot, new comic depicts the life of Jacquelyn, a corporate chick whose basically sold her soul for the good of her business career.  Depressed over the loss of her "big promotion" and stressed out to the max with paperwork, life seems to be in a standstill.  But reunited with an old friend, Jacquelyn is introduced into the "rave scene" and a whole new life of partying and ass-kicking is born.

The first issue of Raver J is as we speak being premiered at this year's Comic-Con International in San Diego, CA.  This "episode 0" as we like to call it, is an introductory to the real story that is soon to come.

The Raver J comic along with official merchandise will be available on this website soon, as well as all episodes of the comic in our "Digital Comic" section of our site.

The current black and white print of Raver J that is on debut, will be a collectible limited edition version.  Janine only intends on creating enough to fund the color version which will hopefully come soon after.

If you're in the area, stop by the Raver J booth (#5105) and pick up a copy of this latest craze! By doing so you'll receive a FREE bonus CD soundtrack, which includes 22 hot party-pumpin' tracks to keep you dancing all night.

You can also meet my sister, Janine, while you're there! She will be dressed up like Raver J and accompanied by J's hott, go-go twin sidekicks.  Can't miss that. ;)

Comic-Con International runs from July 22nd - July 25th, so join in on the fun!

Update - - 7/31/2004

Well, like I mentioned above, Raver J premiered at this year's Comic-Con International in San Diego, CA and did alright for a newbie! :)  First issues of anything are always a big "?", but this in NO way had any relation to our CD soundtrack! haha

I must admit, as hectic and crazy as it got manning the booth it was all totally worth it meeting tons of wonderful people and just overall promoting & representing something you helped create.  It's a cool feeling. :)  And who would've thought flashing, rainbow teeth would be such a hit with the kids? My little cousins. . . ;)

Check out the awesome booth we had!

There are still copies of our Limited Edition black n' white version of Issue #1, so grab one today before they're gone with the wind!

(Alright, I really need to lay off these cheesy pun lines....-_-;;)
